Taylor Swift may date a lot of folks, but the Social Climber is pretty sure she hasn't married anyone yet.
That didn't stop a 33-year-old man who was claiming to be her husband from writing letters and making phone calls to Swift recently, according to a restraining order the pop singer was granted this week, according to E!
Swift took out the temporary restraining order against Timothy Sweet in Los Angeles Superior Court, asking the court to ban Sweet from contacting her or any members of her family, according to the report.
